GENEZIS Trade Germany GmbH

GENEZIS Trade Germany GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of NITROGENMÜVEK ZRT, who is the sole producer of nitrogen-based fertilisers in Hungary and one of the largest in Central Europe. The Company’s products are largely sold to agricultural producers, both in Hungary and in neighbouring countries. The scope of such additional activities includes the purchase and sale of seeds, grains and pesticides.

The Company’s principal strengths include:

• Domestic and regional leader, with limited competition;

• Product diversity and quality;

• Modern plants and very advanced technology;

• Unique domestic distribution network;

• Stable and diversified business that is resistant to economic downturns and resilient to economic cycles;

• Dynamic, experienced and highly focused management team with a proven track record.
